What’s a good/fast way to get rid of cellulite ?

I have cellulite on my butt and thighs. I’m a good size, weigh 120lbs, not fat at all but my cellulite won’t go away. Idk what to do! Help please (: thanks!

Unfortunately there is no miracle cure (I know – that sucks). Drinking loads of water and eating lots of fruit are the best diet tips I could give you (and cut the fats). Also, do toning exercises for the butt and things – squats, lunges, yoga too. Also, when doing the squats/lunges try to add a light weight and do more reps because doing heavier weights for less reps will build muscle instead.

Toning and diet improvements together will help eliminate cellulite but it is no easy task. Good luck!

  1. Unfortunately, cellulite itself does not go away with diet and exercise, it’s fat trapped between the skin and tissues. Certainly maintaining a healthy weight and staying in shape is important for your body, but it does not aid much with the reduction of cellulite.

    Yes, it’s the sad fact for all of us, but most all women have it, no matter their weight!
