anyone know the best treatment for cellulite?

Any tips at all would help. Creams, Specific exercises, vitamins, supplements, etc. I heard that massaging the area where cellulite is can help increase blood flow. Any suggestions or rec commendations for treatments? I’m mostly looking for creams or lotions that actually work.

Has Nivea Goodbye Cellulite products worked for you? Is it worth the money getting a second bottle?

It can go away. There’s so many ways to get rid of it. There’s alot of home remedy treatments to try like creams and scrubs. Ive heard that massaging it with a gentle brush can a get rid of it but I dont know if that actually works. Most people recommend surgical treatments (liposuction or mesotherapy) but that’s not exactly in everyones budget… Id try the creams if I were you b/c its easier. Exercises will help too. I tried Clarins Body Lift. I did see some reduction in cellulite in about two weeks of religious use. (But I still didn’t have J-Lo’s booty!) I like that you feel warmth in the area after you apply it – it feels like it is actually doing something. But as soon as you stop using it, you are back to square one. Hope that helps..

Yes! I have only been using the pill/cream pack for about 5 days, already my skin is smoother, tighter, and has less visible cellulite! I love this stuff!

That’s good that your in a good shape. I personally never had or have cellulite, but, I know ALOT of my friends that do. The different between me & them is that I’m very in shape & I take care of my body. I exercise 3 times a week [ running, yoga ], I don’t really eat meat, I consume organic products, ALOT of water, whole grains, everything is pretty much non fat or low fat. If you want to loose the cellulite naturally, just exercise more & go on a diet!

I have customers and other representatives that are using it and they do see a difference. I have one rep that only used it on one leg as an experiment and she noticed a difference. Any product specifically made for reducing the appearance of cellulite recommends at least a twice daily application…cellulite is actually fat that is being pushed through the elastin fibers under the skin…if you massage it – it will reduce the appearance of the cellulite (essentially melt the fat). The anti cellulite creams and lotions that are out there do have active ingredients that help “melt” the fat if you use as directed. As for break outs – there’s no way to know if you will or not unless you use it – if you have very sensitive skin all over – I wouldn’t use anything with a fragrance or that is not hypoallergenic.

Is there anything that REALLY works against cellulite?

I am pregnant and I know that the hormones makes you hang onto extra fat and cellulite, but what can I do right now, what can I do while breastfeeding, and what can I do afterwards? There are a number of reasons we all have cellulite, some can be influenced and remedied, but others cannot – like genetics and heredity for instance.
the good news is that plenty of other factors causing cellulite CAN be addressed (I know, I did IT!), and these are namely not drinking enouh water,
poor diet (alcohol, processed foods, lots of caffeine and other toxins), smoking, diet pills, sleeping pills, diuretics, crash diets, and the most importantly –
sedentary lifestyle! so getting rid of all these bad habits, and getting started with a solid aerobic excercise regimen will put you on your way to cellulite-free future :)

I’ve found that the best excercises are: Lunges, crunches, squats and deadlifts – the last two being quite strenuous (they’re compound – involving multiple muscle groups), so I suggest you do them later in the process, when you’re in better shape!
