I have cellulite on the back of my thighs… they are skinny-ish but I can still see cellulite.
Honey, it has nothing to so with coffee, but everything to do with being female… it just seems to be a part of it, & we can’t seem to get rid of it.
can you get rid of cellulite and stretch marks with surgery?
there has to be some kind of surgery that does it…
around your butt, hips, thighs, ect.
and how much would that cost?
The correct answer is maybe. Lipo can help the appearance of cellulite but it really depends on your body and your skin.
Some Lipo techniques can improve the appearance of cellulite and can help promote skin tightening, however the degree to which each patient will see improvement is uncertain. Some patients see remarkable changes in their cellulite and others will see no change. Because the amount of cellulite improvement you may (or may not) see cannot be predicted, lipo is not considered a treatment for cellulite. If you are over age 60 and have very little skin elasticity or have undergone a massive weight loss, your skin my have permanent wrinkling that cannot be fixed.
Exercise and diet may play a larger role in getting rid of cellulite than Lipo. Liposuction, diet, and exercise may be your best bet. Stretch marks depends on the individual. Some creams can help the marks go away, again, exercise and tightening the skin seam to help most. I would suggest to start with diet, water, and exercise and do what you can. Then use Lipo. For some people no amount of exercise will eliminate fat in certain areas. Building muscle may work the best in terms of tightening the skin, ridding cellulite, and reducing fat.
Cost for lipo varies, expect 00-,000 for butt, hips, and full thighs. The MD that does it makes a huge difference in the outcome so do your research and then do more research. Get more than one quote. Try liposculpture and other newer procedures that do less harm. Some clinics will now finance the procedures for as low as a month.
I’m am fairly thin already i would just like a nice smooth look instead of the belly pouch and i would really liked toned legs, arms and perhaps my bottom to even have a little lift, i’ve also noticed small dimples on the back of my legs.. well i’ve had them for years and i’d like them to go away. i’m starting at a gym here soon and i’d really love to get some ideas on what to do when i get in there besides just running… any ideas… thanks!
A best bet for beginners is a good ol’ treadmill, start out slow to warm up, after 5 minutes you can increase your speed. And you don’t HAVE to run, walking uphill is as effective as running for banishing cellulite….If you’re not used to exercise, don’t try to do too much in the beginning. Build your intensity gradually. After a couple of weeks try one of those newer ellipitical machines, they’re really awesome and you work up a sweat a whole lot faster, so you know you’re going to start seeing results in no time. (Well, give it at least a month to start seeing results..) But you say you are thin so you shouldn’t have to wait long at all for results.
Try some of the classes they offer as well…I like Pilates. Some people like step classes, I hate them! (No coordination here! lol) Add some hand weight training to build some arm strength. Just keep searching and trying out what you they think, and you’ll find something you like. Good luck and have fun! It’s a great way to meet new people, too.
Also, how do I do squats?
You need to literally jiggle the cellulite off of your body. The best way to do this is strip naked so as not to constrict the cellulite affected sites in any way. Then do some VERY active things like running, or jumping or very energetic squats.
Also it is important to turn on the lights if it is dark outside as the light will stimulate your energy level. Another good idea is to open your windows & curtains and let in the fresh air as this will stimulate your lungs. Be sure you exercise near the window so you are breathing the maximum amount of fresh air. Loud, energetic music can help also.
i have a lot of cellulite around the back of my thighs and my butt… i’m only 17 and i’m 5’7 115 pounds… so i[‘m not overweight or anything. anyway are there any exercises or whatever to get rid of it?!
also – what diets would be good? which foos SHOULD and SHOULDNT’ i eat?
The two biggest factors for cellulite are water and circulation. So, you need to increase cardiovascular exercise, and improve your water intake. Swimming is particularly good for improving circulation. Drink water that has been boiled within 3-4 hours, as this improves your absorption.
You will also need patience. The cellulite will not disappear quickly.
I’m already on a diet )a good one, one i can stick to) and exercise at least 20 minutes a day cardio, 10 minutes strength training. About 4 times a week I go to the gym, where i do half an hour cardio, sometimes more, and lots of strength training. But how can I assist in getting rid of the cellulite in my butt and thighs?
You could do more squats..I do debbie sieber’s ‘slim in 6′ tapes at home (SAHM to 2) and it works great for me!! But you could also use those creams specifically for cellulite they sell it everywhere even at Walmart…but I know Victorias secret sells it online, too!
I’m a skinny girl.. around 5’4 and 100 pounds.
I look in my bathroom mirror and my butt looks like it has some cellulite on it.. but then I look in my bedroom mirror and I don’t see any cellulite.
Why is this? :/
I don’t have cellulite in pictures, by the way.
It’s more than likely the difference in lighting. You can see it, too, if you have very flaky skin or other small details. Lighting in a bedroom is darker and more spread out than your bathroom so cellulite isn’t as noticeable as in the bathroom, where the light is bright and concentrated. That’s why people tell you to apply your makeup in the bathroom!
I have fat legs and a fat butt, i do soccer and track, which i thought would keep my legs in shape, but they’re still fat and cellulity. I get upset with myself everytime i see them.
does anyone have any advice?
