Has Nivea Goodbye Cellulite products worked for you? Is it worth the money getting a second bottle?

I just started applying it over a week and a half or so ago and I actually think I’m almost out. I don’t know if I’m seeing any results or not. Should I give it some more time and buy another bottle? Does it really work?

What is the quickest, most effective way of getting rid of stretch marks and cellulite? Laser?

I’m only 15, and I don’t really have plans to bother about them yet. But I’m wondering for when I’m older; is there some sort of laser treatment I could do? How long would it take, and how expensive? I use Bio Oil at the moment but it doesn’t seem to be working very well. In the meantime, is there anything less drastic that I could do?

Answer:

The laser treatment might be a expensive and marks fade over time so you may not have them in the future. What I use on my stretch marks and scars is E45 cream or eczema cream which has helped them to fade and have been seeing a difference quickly. I used bio oil too I didn’t see a difference at all and was not impressed as it isn’t cheap. I would recommend palmers butter which smells great and is good of getting rid of stretch marks. For the cellulite I would recommend doing exercise like running, jogging, pilates or yoga to tone them up and this will get rid of the cellulite. Also drinking lots of water helps too. Hope this helps.

How to get rid of cellulite?

I’m already on a diet )a good one, one i can stick to) and exercise at least 20 minutes a day cardio, 10 minutes strength training. About 4 times a week I go to the gym, where i do half an hour cardio, sometimes more, and lots of strength training. But how can I assist in getting rid of the cellulite in my butt and thighs?

Answer:

You could do more squats..I do debbie sieber’s ‘slim in 6′ tapes at home (SAHM to 2) and it works great for me!! But you could also use those creams specifically for cellulite they sell it everywhere even at Walmart…but I know Victorias secret sells it online, too!

How to get rid of stretch marks/cellulite?

I have, for some reason, stretch marks all around my boobs, my butt, and the back of my legs. I have no idea how the hell to get rid of them except for laser surgery at the dermatologists. I was wondering, especially from those who have been pregnant — how do you get rid of them effectively? Is it like getting rid of a scar (which means it’ll never really go away)? What products or what kind of methods should I use? Experience only please.

Answer:

a tanner that goes with your skin will desguise them if u wanna get out in shorts or a swimsuit or something, they will eventually fade however, during the summer i had strecth marks on the back of my legs to and it was kinda odd bc they were really white and my skin was really tann =P but yea, a self tanner or even some kind of lotion could help

What are the best thigh exercise for firmimg and getting rid of cellulite?

I have huge thighs and I want to have sexy slim thighs, so when I wear shorts or dress my thighs and legs looks great.

Answer:

I promise you that if you go to a real bicycle shop and buy a good bicycle with the toe clips or similar device on the pedals, along with bicycling shoes and those lycra shorts and whatever’s comfortable for you as a shirt / jersey, and you actually learn how to ride a bicycle equipped like that (and it seriously does take a little “re-learning” about how to best ride a bicycle), you will have the best looking thighs, sexy and slim, anywhere around. How do I know? I’ve been an avid bicycle racer and long distance rider, and very often when we’d go on the club rides (and the bicycle shop most likely has a riding club or knows one around), these “babes” or “babes-to-be” would go riding by some guys and all of a sudden the whole club pace would pick up because the guys would literally die to ride along with those girls with such beautiful thighs and calves, and we’d all laugh and howl like houndogs because we knew why the riding pace had picked up: one of those “babes” or “babes-to-be” just rode past a very healthy male rider and the guy just lost all concentration as he couldn’t keep his eyes or mind off those beautiful female legs that just rode past him. It’s guaranteed!! I promise you. I’ve been there as that happened, and you will feel very good about yourself. God Bless you.

Do you have any realistic tips on getting rid of cellulite?

I don’t care what it is, I work out hours a day and cannot get rid of this problem. I know that there is no known cure but I am willing to try anything!

Answer:

realistically, the only way to do this is by having laser treatments. cellulite doesn’t just go away. it’s a permanent thing. but you can help your skin look better by using vitamin e creams, & cocoa butter. i asked my boss (im an assistant for a plastic surgeon) about any tricks to reducing the look of cellulite, & the only way was through a certain laser treatment.

watch out with tanning too. if you live in a sunny area, try not to expose your trouble areas too much. when your tan your pigment will change your skins color, but the cellulite will remain the same color & make it stand out.

What is the best way to get rid of cellulite?

I have it on my thighs and butt, and its really gross.
What is the ‘quickest’ and most effective way of getting rid of it.

Please don’t suggest any diet pills or drinks.
I’m trying to figure out the best exercise to get rid of it.

Answer:

I’ve searched all my life for the ‘best diet’ just to find there is no such thing. The word ‘diet’ alone sucks. Pills as well.

I want to consume what I want and never feel hungry.

That is the only way I can commit myself to something. Yes, it is possible.
It is possible to consume what one likes, lose lots of fat at the same time. Keeping it off, no sagging skin, perfect firm body.

That is what I call a perfect solution. I don’t want to diet. But I want to look good and sexy.
To eat.

What is the best way to get rid of cellulite?

I’ve always problems with getting rid of it. I don’t have a lot, just a little below my bum haha. Does it help if i get tanner? Because now i am pretty white.

Answer:

To remove cellulite you have to do three things. Firstly change your diet. To go into more detail, with your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. The alterations in your diet don’t need to be great. It’s actually easier then you think to make changes in your diet to help your cellulite problem. Just by drinking more water and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, you will begin to clear your cellulite of the toxin build up.

Secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anaerobic (weighted) exercises. But specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and sit ups. Building muscle in the cellulite affected area helps clear away the fat and toxins. It also tightens the skin to further remove the appearance of cellulite.

To get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream. Because the cellulite has damaged your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure. You need to rejuvenate your skin help to repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. I know there are many creams available claiming to help you. All I can give you is recommendation on what cream I have seen results with. Probably the best cream I have seen is from Revitol. It contains all the ingredients that have been documented to help remove cellulite. If you wish to find out more about this cream visit http://www.naturalskincaretreatments.com.
I wish you the best of luck.

What’s the best exercise to reduce cellulite in back of thighs?

I’m turning 33 next month and I have 2 children. Just this spring I noticed the back of my thighs getting dimply. I don’t have too much time for lengthly exercises or to join a gym. I do try to walk daily at a quick pace but what else can I do to to help.

Answer:

There is a lot you can do. Walking can greatly help, but the results might not be seen for months, maybe even a year if you’re only walking a little.

My suggestion is to set aside some time every day, maybe 25-30 minutes and do some exercising. This will be your exercise for cellulite time and you will use it do exercises that will increase blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and circulation. Increasing these 3 things is a sure-fire way toward cellulite removal.

The exercises you choose to do are completely up to you. Anything cardiovascular or aerobic in nature will do. This includes walking, running, jogging, swimming, hiking, biking, jumping jacks, jump rope, you name it. You can even try light weight lifting as it too can help “muscle out” — pun intended — cellulite.

Start off slow and then gradually increase the intensity as well as the length of the workout. When you start seeing results, you can tone it down and just do 10 minutes of exercising a day to maintain a cellulite free body.

Also, in addition to exercising, I recommend using a cellulite treatment cream. Using the right cream can go a long way toward cellulite reduction, as it attacks from outside while the exercising attacks from the inside. If you’re worried about spending money, just look for a couple of free trials.

I hope this has help. Good Luck!
