when I was 14 I was 5’2 and 117lbs.. very athletic and thought I wasn’t skinny enough… now I wish I were 117lbs.. believe me you are perfect! 14 year olds have a much quicker metabolism… I’d say if you want to get more of a defined leg… just walk a little more… clean a little more… or even do a few more…. jogging after school… but you are probably the only person in the whole world that sees the cellulite.

Keep eating healthy foods and doing just a bit more than what you are doing physically…

A best bet for beginners is a good ol’ treadmill, start out slow to warm up, after 5 minutes you can increase your speed. And you don’t HAVE to run, walking uphill is as effective as running for banishing cellulite….If you’re not used to exercise, don’t try to do too much in the beginning. Build your intensity gradually. After a couple of weeks try one of those newer ellipitical machines, they’re really awesome and you work up a sweat a whole lot faster, so you know you’re going to start seeing results in no time. (Well, give it at least a month to start seeing results..) But you say you are thin so you shouldn’t have to wait long at all for results.
Try some of the classes they offer as well…I like Pilates. Some people like step classes, I hate them! (No coordination here! lol) Add some hand weight training to build some arm strength. Just keep searching and trying out what you they think, and you’ll find something you like. Good luck and have fun! It’s a great way to meet new people, too.

I do lots of squats and work out on the machine at my gym where you lay on your stomach and pull a bar up with your legs. and of course running as well.
and even though you may not think so, exercises in a pool work amazing. wade in the water and do exercises where you’re holding most of your body up with just your legs.
flippers help as well because they resist water so they put more strain on your legs and work out your muscles more.
you work out muscles in water that you won’t work out doing any other exercise or playing any sport.
I was never in better shape then when I was a swimmer.

a tanner that goes with your skin will desguise them if u wanna get out in shorts or a swimsuit or something, they will eventually fade however, during the summer i had strecth marks on the back of my legs to and it was kinda odd bc they were really white and my skin was really tann =P but yea, a self tanner or even some kind of lotion could help

is it normal for a 8 yr old to have cellulite?

My eight yr old is very active an weighs about 75lbs (her dr. says that is normal for her height). On her legs she has cellulite. could there be some sort of defficinty of something or is this normal?
