How do I get rid of cellulite on my legs ?

I’m losing weight and I’m going to the gym pretty soon.
What can I do to get rid of my cellulite on my legs ??

if you grab or squeeze the area, and see little bumps, thats cellulite

stretch marks look like little lines of scars, they are typically light than the rest of your skin, but if you have a lot of them in one place like i do, then it can look like cellulite

I do cardio 5 times a week for 60-90 mins per day. I also do weight training 3 times a week and I drink 2litres of water per day. I am going on holiday in 3 and half months is this enough time to see results?

I have cellulite on my upper thighs and butt?

I am exactly the same way just no cellulite. I gain weight only in my butt and thighs and was the same height and weight as you. I would try everything and it really didn’t help a whole lot. But when I got a little older around 16 or 17 I noticed that guys actually like girls with a little curve to them! Think of beyonce lol and how all the guys go crazy over her. She is built that way also. I am now happily married and my husband loves my bigger butt and small waist! Good luck if it really bothers you still then I would try running to tone but you will probably always be a little bit heavier on the bottom which isnt a bad thing!

How to get rid of cellulite?

I’m a naturally tall and slender person but i still have a small amount of cellulite below my buttock. I usually an active person. Are they any excercises beside running/walking/swimming that really help to clear cellulite?

Cellulite is just a name for lumpy (rather than smooth) fat. So you lose cellulite the same way you would lose smooth fat. There is no such thing as spot reduction of fat (doing situps to lose abdominal fat). Any exercise where your heart rate is about 70% of max for over 30 minutes is optimum for losing fat. The first 20 minutes you will be burning glycogen (surgar) and then your body starts burning fat after the blood surgar is used up. In conjuction with the exercise and even more conducive to losing fat is diet. Eat less carbs and more protein and good fats.
