Has anyone had cellulite and gotten rid of it? What did you do or use?

There is no cure for cellulite because it isn’t a disease. It’s just fat that has poked through connective tissue. I’m trying to find a topical or I will get surgery to repair my skin.
I have a peripheral neuropathy in my feet that is giving me circulation problems. I’ll probably take the easy way out and get surgery.

can you get rid of cellulite with surgery?

can you get rid of cellulite and stretch marks with surgery?
there has to be some kind of surgery that does it…

around your butt, hips, thighs, ect.

and how much would that cost?

Answer:

The correct answer is maybe. Lipo can help the appearance of cellulite but it really depends on your body and your skin.

Some Lipo techniques can improve the appearance of cellulite and can help promote skin tightening, however the degree to which each patient will see improvement is uncertain. Some patients see remarkable changes in their cellulite and others will see no change. Because the amount of cellulite improvement you may (or may not) see cannot be predicted, lipo is not considered a treatment for cellulite. If you are over age 60 and have very little skin elasticity or have undergone a massive weight loss, your skin my have permanent wrinkling that cannot be fixed.

Exercise and diet may play a larger role in getting rid of cellulite than Lipo. Liposuction, diet, and exercise may be your best bet. Stretch marks depends on the individual. Some creams can help the marks go away, again, exercise and tightening the skin seam to help most. I would suggest to start with diet, water, and exercise and do what you can. Then use Lipo. For some people no amount of exercise will eliminate fat in certain areas. Building muscle may work the best in terms of tightening the skin, ridding cellulite, and reducing fat.

Cost for lipo varies, expect 00-,000 for butt, hips, and full thighs. The MD that does it makes a huge difference in the outcome so do your research and then do more research. Get more than one quote. Try liposculpture and other newer procedures that do less harm. Some clinics will now finance the procedures for as low as a month.

What is a Good Lotion or Cream That Helps Reduce the Appearance of Cellulite?

And/or Firms the Skin?

I exercise 3-4 days a week(40 minutes cardio, 20-30 minutes light weights), but this stuff is stubborn and I doubt it’ll ever go away, so I figured I might just try something to help it not be so noticeable. I just don’t know where to start.
Thanks for any help!

Hi that’s what I been doing using almond oil as a carrier oil but not sure what aromatherapy oils to put in it.

Answer:

From my personal experience I would suggest that its not so much the cream you use as the massage movement that encourages circulation and nourishment of your cell tissues. Exercise and dry skin brushing are both good for cellulite. The only other thing I can think of that you didn’t mention is a balanced diet.

Chose your cream by smell feel and lifestyle (organic?). Or use an oil for massaging that area. I buy almond oil from my local Asian shops as it a lot cheaper than high street shops.

whats the fastest way to remove cellulite?

whats the fastest way to remove cellulite without and kind of surgery. its on the back of my legs and i don’t like it and i have a month before im going on vacation to the beacj. whats the quickest way i can get rid of it all, or even just some of it? thanks!!

Answer:

You can’t get rid of cellulite (even if you’re stick thin), but you can tone up the skin by using a loofah daily on the problem areas and apply a cream specifically targeting cellulite. It will only temporarily tighten the skin. Also, if you use a fake tan, it may make the cellulite appear less obvious.

Getting a professional massage on the area might help too. The idea is that it drains the lymphatic system of toxins and will make your skin tissue appear soft.

How can I fit better in my shorts and get rid of thigh cellulite?

How long will it take untiil i look and feel a differance?

Answer:

To fit better in your shorts…….
count calories, no carbs, healthy eating, 1-hour walk every day.
To get rid of thigh cellulite……
rub (organic, if possible) all-natural coconut oil over the cellulite (like a moisturizer). coconut oil is loaded with important minerals and nutrients that are great for the skin. make sure you’re drinking plenty of water (to hydrate the skin) and eating healthy (certain nutrients are great for the skin, like vitamin A, the essential fatty acids, zinc, etc..)

How come it appears that I have cellulite in one mirror but not in another?

I’m a skinny girl.. around 5’4 and 100 pounds.
I look in my bathroom mirror and my butt looks like it has some cellulite on it.. but then I look in my bedroom mirror and I don’t see any cellulite.

Why is this? :/
I don’t have cellulite in pictures, by the way.

Answer:

It’s more than likely the difference in lighting. You can see it, too, if you have very flaky skin or other small details. Lighting in a bedroom is darker and more spread out than your bathroom so cellulite isn’t as noticeable as in the bathroom, where the light is bright and concentrated. That’s why people tell you to apply your makeup in the bathroom!

If I eat these foods for the rest of my life will I avoid cellulite?

I eat lots of oranges, a banana, pistachio nuts, drink lots of water and get plenty of vegetables every day.
Will this keep my skin young and avoid cellulite?

Answer:

I am afraid not, it is localised lipodystrophy usually around the thighs and buttocks. Much of the effect is a natural ageing process.

What is the difference between cellulite and stretch marks?

and how can you tell the difference?

Answer:

you know, for the longest time i thought i had cellulite, but it just turned out to be extra lose skin from losing weight

if you grab or squeeze the area, and see little bumps, thats cellulite

stretch marks look like little lines of scars, they are typically light than the rest of your skin, but if you have a lot of them in one place like i do, then it can look like cellulite
