sorry, i don’t know of any creams.
i do know that cutting down on oils in your diet will definitely help to clear up some of that fatty deposit. if you cut out all oil – not all fats, but don’t overdo them – no fried foods, oil-based salad dressings, mayo, potato chips, etc… within a month you should see a difference, and you will also drop some weight as well.
drink lots of water, too.
it’s amazing how much will disappear just by cutting out oil.

Is it possible for me to get rid of cellulite in a week?

Or at least lessen the appearance a bit? I’m going on holiday in a week and whilst trying on my bikinis I noticed I had suddenly sprouted a whole load of it on the backs of my thighs.

Also, do toning exercises for the butt and things – squats, lunges, yoga too. Also, when doing the squats/lunges try to add a light weight and do more reps because doing heavier weights for less reps will build muscle instead.

Toning and diet improvements together will help eliminate cellulite but it is no easy task. Good luck!
