how to get rid of cellulite while pregnant?

I am not over weight, i am 178cm tall and weigh 73.5 kg at 20 weeks pregnant, but i have cellulite on my butt and back of my thighs. How can i get rid of it? Will walking 40 min 3-4times a week do it,or will i need to do more than that?

the best you can do is drink a lot of water… i used niveas goodbye cellulite (2x’s a day), and massaged thigh (firmly with pressure) every time i applied the product. it went away in like 3 weeks.

the trick is to massage the area well not just wipe the product on. it tells you how on the instructions.

edit: this seriously worked for me…

BUT YOU COULD ALSO TRY DOING CARDIO (running) 2 days and TONING (squats, leglifts etc) 1 day.

what are natural ways to reduce cellulite?

i have a lot of cellulite around the back of my thighs and my butt… i’m only 17 and i’m 5’7 115 pounds… so i[‘m not overweight or anything. anyway are there any exercises or whatever to get rid of it?!

The two biggest factors for cellulite are water and circulation. So, you need to increase cardiovascular exercise, and improve your water intake. Swimming is particularly good for improving circulation. Drink water that has been boiled within 3-4 hours, as this improves your absorption.

You will also need patience. The cellulite will not disappear quickly.

I used to have that problem as well, and what I did that worked wonders! (And with NO excercise) was drink lots of water! Drink half your weight in ounces(ex: if u weight 140lbs. Drink 70 ounces of water) also, during that time I was on the slimfast diet. One for breakfast and one for lunch and ate a sensible dinner. Once the pounds melted away, the cellulite was completely gone. It took me a few weeks.

well cellulite is hereditary and if you got it you gotta work harder to get rid of it…too bad you couldnt have eaten better and exercised more as a young adult…but dont give up you could see a plastic surgeon and have lipo done to reduce the appearance of cellulite but until you can afford lipo keep oon running and do lots of legs exercises with heaveir weights to tone underneath….

What can you do to reduce cellulite?

I’m 120 pounds, 5’3″, and still have cellulite. While reducing 10 pounds would help, it still exists. I do moderate hiking (up hill, rocks) 2-4 miles every day. I eat pretty well, although I do like my sweets, chocolate and have coffee cream. Help!

Increase your water intake which will improve circulation, try to cut out some of the sugar and caffeine if you can (its hard though) reduce salt and try massaging moisturiser into the problem areas twice daily, don’t get sucked in by cellulite creams, cheap cocoa butter or similar will do the same. Dry body brushing twice daily (before a shower) with a firm brush works wonders as well.
