What is the best remedy for stretch marks and cellulite?

exercise exercise exercise!!!!!! I used to be overweight and i had it bad on my arms and on the inside of my thighs.
I started working out…doing both weight training and cardio and they’ve gone away completely.
I run, jump rope, weight train and do spinning classes just to give you some ideas.
And some lotions that work for smoothing out and bumpy areas that may have remained from the cellulite are palmers coco butter, johnsons baby oil and alba’s kukui body butter. Any thing that’s rich in oils is great for your skin and all the ones i mentioned are pretty cheap too.

how to get rid of cellulite while pregnant?

I am not over weight, i am 178cm tall and weigh 73.5 kg at 20 weeks pregnant, but i have cellulite on my butt and back of my thighs. How can i get rid of it? Will walking 40 min 3-4times a week do it,or will i need to do more than that?

The best way to treat cellulite is to reduce your body fat %, so it sounds like you’re on the right track already. Whatever you’re doing to lose weight, keep it up!

If you want an extra push, high intensity cardio might help you. Biking, running, stairs, or taking a cycling class may be some of your choices. Other forms of cardio, like elliptical trainer machines, probably won’t give you a high enough intensity, even though you might still be sweating. The most important thing is to choose an exercise that you enjoy so that you can push yourself! And of course keep eating right.

It’s important to keep in mind that there are no good medical treatments for cellulite. Some common treatments that you may see advertised are creams or even liposuction; none of these have been shown to be effective. In fact, about 25% of the ingredients used in creams are known to cause allergies. There are some newer treatments that use a combination of lasers, suction, and mechanical massagers, but these are still being reviewed.

I am 17yrs old and I have cellulite. I really hate it and I need to get rid of it. Is there a way?

Its natural for a woman to have cellulite, most have it anyway.. but there are ways to reduce it (or at least its appearance). Tanning makes it less visible and moisturising often with cocoa butter helps alot too. Also, jumping on those small round resistance trampoline helps.. and keep drinking plenty of water.

How long do you have to work out to get rid of cellulite on your thighs?

How can you get rid of stretch marks and/or cellulite?

i would like toknow what possible way there is to get rid of stretch marks without haveing to order those fancy expensive creams and junk?! what simple way can i get rid of that? and by the way i am only 15 and i have stretch marks.. i havent gained or lost alot of weight over the years so i dont know how this is possible. if anything i have lost weight but maybe like 5 pounds. nothing drastic…. There are various options to treat stretch marks.

1. Moisturizers and creams. Cocoa butter or anything containing vitamin E is good.

2. Alpha hydroxy acids to exfoliate the skin, soften the skin, and improved elasticity.

3. Tretinoin or Retin-A. This compound loosens the keratin in the outer skin layers and helps to exfoliate dead skin cells.

4. Surgery to remove the affected skin. A tummy tuck is one example when surgery removes stretch marks.

For cellulite, I have had some experience with the Velasmooth system. It worked quite well for me, although multiple treatments are required.

Yes, do cardio but also do strength training. This will reduce your cellulite although it may never totally disappear. You’ll start seeing results for your weight between 2-3 weeks if you stick to it 5-6 days a week for at least an hour

It does not matter how much I work out or weight lift I can’t get rid of the cellulite on my back side and I’m in my early 20s!!!

ive been wanting to try that nivea cellulite cream. (im not sure of the exact name of it, but nivea makes it.)

its only like at i think i saw it at walmart or something.

i watched a show about these girls who used the cream for 30 days and they had video diaries of the process… the stuff looked like it worked wonders. those girls legs and butts looked amazing!
